Payment for all treatments within a bundle is due in full at the time of purchase. Treatment bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Redemption of all treatments within a bundle must occur within 6 months of the purchase date; any unused treatments after this period will be forfeited. Expired treatment bundles will not be extended.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months. CREATIVE NAILS BRIERLEY HILL assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other vouchers. While no change will be given, any remaining balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.

Should you experience chipped nails within 2 weeks for gel polish, please report it with a photo to our email, Facebook page, or Instagram page. We will provide a free touch-up on the affected nails within 2 weeks. A small fee will be charged for issues reported outside this period.

We are here to pamper you every day of the week, except Sundays, which is our day off, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During the summer months, we are open on Sundays as well.

If you bring your child with you, you must ensure care for the child in the form of a third person of your choosing. We are not insured to have children unattended.
